Hi .

My name is Glenn Keating - a Dublin based multi-intsrumentalist , electronic music producer and sound designer.  Known mostly as one half of "gothic pop" band Jape or as a member of Irish sextet, The Redneck Manifesto,  I have been very privileged and honoured to impart my love for tones, textures and synthesizers in collaboration with various artists such as Somadrone, I Am The Cosmos, Bell X1and Solar Bears amongst others.

I am currently an Artist in Residence at the Nation Concert Hall in Dublin. In my own work under the moniker of BoNs Synth Ensemble,   I have sought to find the place where palpable emotion can be found within electronic, computer and synthesizer music , something that is often thought to be reserved to those engaged in producing music with "real Instruments".  This exploration into changing the perception of electronic as a static or emotionally void platform is the driving force behind my seeking to discover the relationship between the electronic pulse and our emotional impulse.
